Lopen, joggen, hardlopen, het maakt niet uit hoe hard het gaat. Afhankelijk van uw conditie wordt de loopsnelheid bepaald.<\/p>\n<p>Het hardlopen wordt opgebouwd tot een niveau dat een ontspannen duurloop van een half uur (of meer) mogelijk is.
